MPSC PSI-

Maharashtra Public Service Commission Police Sub-Inspector exam is a paper-pen based exam directed for recruitment of PCI in Maharashtra Police. PCI aspirants aged between 19 and 28 years of age who have completed graduation (bachelors) or possess an equivalent qualification with knowledge of Marathi are eligible to apply for MPSC PSI Exam 2015. MPSC recruits vacancies of Sub Inspectors in Maharashtra Police based on written test, physical efficiency test and interview.

Eligibility for MPSC PSI Exam:-

Aspirants need to clear each stage of the MPSC Police Sub Inspector Exam to be eligible for the next stage and final selection.

• Aspirants who clear the MPSC PSI (Preliminary exam) will be eligible to appear for MPSC PSI (Main exam).
• Aspirants who clear the MPSC PSI (Main exam) will be eligible to appear for physical test.

MPSC PSI exam is not conducted every year but as and when there is a requirement of constable vacancies in Maharashtra Police.

Educational Qualification:-

• Graduation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of Marathi is essential.

Physical Standard:-

For Male:-

• Height: – 165 cms (minimum)
• Chest:-
  Unexpanded: – 79 cms
  Expanded: – 84 cms

For Female:-

• Height: – 157 cms (minimum)
